This is to inform you that the State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank and Indian Overseas Bank had vide its letter dated 17th June, 2020 , 20th October, 2020, 28th October, 2020 , 5th November, 2020 and 18th May, 202 issued show cause notices to Tantia Constructions Ltd. All such letters were duly replied by the Chairman of the Monitoring committee of Tantia Constructions Ltd requesting to drop such proceedings as against the corporate debtor in view of the provisions of IBC, 2016. That as per the approved resolution plan dated 24th February, 2020, such notices stands in contravention of Section 32 A of the IBC, 2016 and all the past liabilities stands extinguished; the Resolution Applicant had filed an application with the Hon'ble NCLT, Kolkata Bench. The matter was listed on hearing on 11th August, 2021 wherein the Hon'ble NCLT, Kolkata vides its order imposed an injunction in terms of the 2nd prayer 'numbered as prayer j' at page 28 of the application29-09-2021
