This in respect of e-mail dated May 25, 2023 received from BSE stating that discrepancies were observed in the disclosures submitted on 27th February, 2023 under Regulation 7(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 w.r.t. Preferential Offer made on 14th February, 2023. In the said disclosure the Number of Securities and the Transaction Value was mentioned as ''0''. Actually, the Company on February 14, 2023 made allotment of Warrants only to the promoter and promoter group namely Mr. Parmod Kumar Jain, Mr. Pradeep Kumar Jain, Mr. Abhey Kumar Jain and Mr. Parv Jain. But due to their existing holding of equity shares, we mentioned their position of equity shares also. We hereby clarify that there was no actual acquisition of equity shares on that date. The said form was filed due to abundant caution and to avoid non-compliance. You are requested to take the above intimation on record.26-05-2023
