The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. June 29, 2021, have recommended a final dividend of Rs.0.30 per equity share i.e. 15% for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. With this, total dividend for the year (including interim of Rs. 0.30/- per equity share paid during the year) is Rs. 0.60/- per equity share.
