 This has reference to the Notice of AGM dated 01.09.2022 issued by the Company for the purpose of seeking members' approval by way of Ordinary and Special Resolutions in the 40th AGM to be held on Wednesday 28th September, 2022 at 3.00 pm (IST) via VC/OAVM, which was already emailed to all the shareholders of the Company on Tuesday, September 6, 2022.
