 In terms of Reg 30 of SEBI, LODR, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Company has received notices from NSE and BSE limited dated 22 May 2024 regarding non Compliance with the provisions of Reg 17 (1) of the SEBI, LODR, 2015, pertaining to non availability of required independent directors including Woman Independent Director on the Board of the Company during the quarter ended 31 Mar 2024 and imposition of fine of Rs. 5,36,900 each by NSE and BSE for such non Compliance. In response to the aforesaid notices, the company has replied that the action for appointment of Independent Directors including Independent woman Director on to the Board of the CPSE is not in the hands of the Company and also beyond the Control of the Company. Therefore, GRSE should not be held liable to pay the fines and the same should be waived off.

Q4FY24 Quarterly & FY24 Annual Result Announced for Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd.

 Shipping company Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers announced Q4FY24 & FY24 results: Q4FY24 Financial Highlights: Revenue from operation is Rs 1,016 crore in Q4FY24 as against Rs 601 crore of previous year registering a growth of 69%. The Company’s EBITDA stood at Rs 166 crore in Q4FY24 against Rs 90 crore of previous year registering a growth of 84%. Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at Rs 153 crore in Q4FY24 against Rs 76 crore of previous year registering a growth of 101%. Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at Rs 112 crore in Q4FY24 against Rs 55 crore of previous year registering a growth of 104%. FY24 Financial Highlights: Total Income for the FY24 stood at Rs 3,892 crore against Rs 2,763 crore in FY 23 with growth of 41% over FY23. Revenue from Operation has increased to Rs 3,593 crore in FY24 from Rs 2,561 crore in FY23, registering a growth of 40%. The Earnings before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortization stands at Rs 534 crore in FY24, as against Rs 351 crore in FY23, with an increase of 52%. Profit Before Tax (PBT) is Rs 481 crore for FY24 as compared to Rs 305 crore in FY23, registering a growth of 58%. Profit After Tax (PAT) is Rs 357 crore in FY24 as against Rs 228 crore in FY23, registering a growth of 57%. Earnings per share (EPS) for FY24 is Rs 31.19, against Rs 19.91 in FY23. Company has declared a total dividend of @ 93.6% of Paid-up Share Capital against 62% Commenting on the results, Cmde Hari PR, IN (Retd) Chairman and Managing Director, Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited said, “Happy to report a strong set of numbers, with both our Revenue from Operations and Profit after Tax reaching new heights.
