Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021; 2. Re-appointment of Mr. Kayum Razak Dhanani (DIN: 00987597), Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years with effect from 4th March, 2022; 3. Appointment of Mr. Vijayakrishna KT (FCS No:1788; C.P. No:980) as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2021-22; 4. Further investment of Rs.16.99 crores in the Equity Shares of Red Apple Kitchen Consultancy Private Limited ('Toscano'), a Subsidiary of the Company. 5. Modification of Policy on Related Party Transactions of the Company in line with the recent amendment of the SEBI LODR Regulations.03-02-2022
