Active Clothing Co Ltd - 541144 - Disclosure Of Material Impact Of Covid-19 Pandemic On Company As Per Regulation 30 And 51 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 (The Listing Regulations), And Amendments Thereto, Read With SEBI Circular No. SEBI/ HO/ CFDI/CIR/P/2020/84 Dated 20Th May, 2020

 This is to inform you that due to the global outbreak of Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) and in compliance with the directives of the governments/Local Authorities, the Company had during the lockdown period suspended all its operations, except where specific permission was granted by the state Governments to resume operations. The uncertainty arising out of the extended lockdown, supply chain disruptions, the loss of migrant labour will have adverse impact on the company's operations. It is presently difficult to ascertain the exact financial impact of COVID-19 on the business activities and operations of the Company. We are closely monitoring the situation and are taking all necessary actions as may be required to protect the interest of all stakeholders. The Company is following Government Directives regarding health and safety of employees.
