 This is to inform you that as per Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed from 1st April, 2021 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021 by the Board of Directors of the Company, for all designated persons including Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees and their connected persons. The date of the Board Meeting to consider, approve the financial results for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021 would be intimated in due course.
