 Notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulations 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held at the corporate office of the Company on Thursday, 13th day of February, 2020 at 03.00 PM, to consider, approve and take on record, inter-alia, the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2019 among other items. Further, pursuant to the intimation dated 26th December, 2019 with respect to the closure of the Trading Window, the Company herewith bring on record that the Trading Window has remained closed from 1st January, 2020 till the date of this Notice and shall further remain closed till the closing hrs of 15th February, 2020 Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code, are once again advised not to deal in the securities of the Company till 15th February, 2020.
