In order to comply with the Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we are enclosing with this letter, Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021 as per IND-AS Rules along with the 'Limited Review Report' issued by the Statutory Auditors.
