 Commencement of operation after lockdown due to covid 19 In continuation of our letters dated 27.03.2020 and 07.05.2020 we wish to inform you that we have received necessary approval for commencement of operations at our plant at NH 6 Howrah with limited resources. However, Cyclone 'Amphan' has caused damage to our plant premises due to which there will be delay in commencement of operations at this plant. The Company's GT Road plant has not yet received the requisite permission to commence operations. As regards, the Company's three plants located in Jamshedpur, they have all commenced operations after necessary approvals from authorities. The Company is monitoring the situation and will continue to take appropriate measures in alignment with regulatory directives This is for your information and records.

 Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI ( LODR) Regulations, 2015 on account of declaration of National Lockdown by Government of India In the background of outbreak of Covid-19 Corona virus Pandemic in the Country the Company has been taking appropriate steps including work from home to ensure safety and health of all the Company's employees. In view of Lockdown in various states and National lockdown declared by the Government of India, the operations of the Company at all its offices and plants have been disrupted and locked down till 14th April, 2020. Though the duration of this lock down is upto 14th April, 2020, it is uncertain at this point of time whether the lockdown will get further extended and it will depend upon further directives of Central Government and/or respective State Governments.
