This is to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i,e, 3rd February, 2022 has inter alia considered and approved the following: 1. Cost Audit Report for the FY 2020-21 along with observations is attached with the report, as per provisions of Sec 148 read with Rule 6 of Companies (Cost Records and Audit) Rules 2014 and other applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013,as placed before the meeting be and is hereby considered and taken note of, for submission with Central Government; 2. i. To reconstitute the Audit Committee of Directors ii. To reconstitute the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Directors iii.
