Mukta Arts Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has entered into a contract with M/s. Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd for the satellite rights of its 29 films for 5 years from the dates on which current satellite rights expire. The Deal is for Rs. 200.00 millions. The entire deal amount is being paid during current financial year. However, the revenue from the deal will be recognised in the Profit & Loss account of the Company based on the dates on which the rights commence for each film.29-04-2010
