With reference to above, we submit that; there are no specific events or announcements which require disclosure in compliance to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 except the followings for which, the quarterly/annual results have been announced from time to time in compliance to regulations . 1. After infusing new equity funds in to Company through preferential allotment of shares in October-2021, the financial performance of the company on the rising trend from the quarter ending December-2021. 2. In Fy-2021-22, the gross sales increased by almost by 275% and the Company came in to profit after four consecutive years. Besides above, there is no any specific price sensitive information announced by the Company in the recent past.21-07-2022
