In reference to the same, a corrigendum to the Notice of 32nd AGM ('Corrigendum') specifying revised relevant date (Friday August 27,2021) was published on September 15, 2021 in the same newspapers in which the intimation of the AGM was published, i.e Business Standard, an English national daily newspaper with wide circulation and Utkal Mail- Odia Daily, a regional language daily with circulation in the district in which the registered office of the Company is situated. The Corrigendum is being sent only to those Members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/ Depositories and is also available on the Company's website at www.bloom-industries.com.
