With reference to the earlier latter dated June 22, 2015 regarding Fire at Resin Plant, Mangalam Organics Ltd has now informed BSE that Currently, Company's Technical Team is in process of assessing the impact of fire on the operations.Consequently, inventory is contaminated leading to deterioration in the quality of finished goods. Hence, the Company is contemplating a shut down to repair utilities and lines. As an effect,the production may get affected.05-08-2015

Mangalam Organics Ltd has informed BSE that, on June 22, 2015 afternoon, fire has taken place in Company's Resin Plant located at Kumbhivali Village, Savroli Kharpada Road, Taluka Khalapur, Khopoli - 410 203, Dist.Raigad, Maharashtra.
