 Pursuant to Regulations 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has approved appointment of Mrs. Manisha Agarwal, as an Additional Woman Director (Non-Executive & Independent) on the Board of the Company w.e.f. March 20, 2020 to hold office till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting and subject to the approval of the members in the ensuing General Meeting, for appointment as an Independent Director to hold office for a term upto 5 (Five) consecutive years from March 20, 2020.

Mangalam Organics Ltd - 514418 - Intimation Under Regulation 30 Read With Schedule III Of Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 For Settlement Of Proceeding Under 'Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas' Scheme.

 Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with part B of Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company had applied for "Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas" scheme for settlement of Tax dues under Central Excise Act, 1944 pending before Mumbai High Court amounting to Rs. 13.42 crores. Accordingly, provision for settlement amount of Rs. 5.12 Crores had been made and disclosed in third quarter results December 31, 2019. We further wish to inform that the Company had received the confirmation on the aforesaid application and the case dues are settled at Rs. 5,12,52,047/-.The Company has paid the settlement amount on March 09, 2020. We also wish to inform that Appeal pending with the Customs Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal ('CESTAT') has also been settled with NIL liability and penalty under the said Scheme, 'Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas'.
