A copy of the above Audited Financial Results as reviewed by the Audit Committee and the Audit Report with unmodified opinion, as received from the Statutory Auditors, viz; M/s. NGST and Associates is enclosed for your information and record. We confirm that the Auditors' Report is with unmodified opinion. Further, we would also like to inform you that the Board of Directors has recommended a Final Dividend of Re. 1/- per Equity Share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2020.
