This is to inform that the 81st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held through video conference/other audio-visual means (VC/OAVM) on Friday, September 18, 2020 in compliance with the General Circular No. 20/2020 dated 5th May 2020 read with other relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on convening AGM through VC/OAVM due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, September 11, 2020 to Friday, September 18, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM. Further details on the manner of attending the AGM through VC/OAVM and voting by shareholders will be set out in the Notice of the AGM.11-08-2020
