 Dear Sir/Madam, In continuation of our letter dated 31st March 2020, for closure of trading window for the aforesaid purpose, the Trading Window for trading in Company's securities will continue to remain closed till 28th June, 2020 pursuant to the Company's "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
