With reference to our intimation dated January 29, 2024 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that the Board of the Company, at its meeting held today, i.e., February 01, 2024 has, inter-alia, considered and approved raising of funds by way of a rights issue of equity shares (25% of the amount payable on application and balance within a period of 18 months from the date of issue) and /or detachable share warrants (to be converted within a period of 18 months from the date of issue), to eligible equity shareholders of the Company as on the record date (to be notified later), for a maximum amount not exceeding Rs. 4,000 Crore (the 'Issue'), at an issue price of Rs. 90/- per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 89/- per equity share) /warrant.01-02-2024
