 The Company had on August 12, 2023 published an Ad regarding Notice of 38th Annual General Meeting of the Company before dispatch of Annual Report for FY 2022-23 in Mumbai Lakshdeep, Mumbai Edition (Marathi) released on August 12, 2023. Due to publication error, the content published mentioned that the AGM of the Company will be held through VC/ OAVM, however, it will be held by physical mode. To correct the error, the publication has re-published the ad in Mumbai Lakshdeep, Mumbai Edition (Marathi) released on August 22, 2023.
