This is further to our letter dated May 27, 2021, wherein the Company had intimated the acquisition of 49.50% stake in Cybercom Datamatics Information Solutions Limited and a disclosure in terms of Regulation 30(4) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 was submitted. In the aforesaid disclosure the Company had intimated to the Stock Exchanges that the said acquisition of shares will be completed within 20 days of Board Meeting of the Company held on May 26, 2021.
