 This is further to our letter dated January 20, 2022, wherein the Company had intimated the acquisition of 2.58% stake in Datamatics Staffing Services Limited ('DSSL'), a subsidiary of the Company from the Promoters and other existing shareholders and disclosure in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 was submitted. We would like to inform you that the aforesaid acquisition has been competed with effect from February 16, 2022 and accordingly DSSL has become Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company. This is for your information and record.
