 Pursuant to the Company's Insider Trading Policy ('Policy') and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with BSE circular Ref. No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and NSE circular Ref.
