 This is to inform you that as per Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Paid up share capital of the Company is Rs.3,60,13,000/- and the Net worth of the Company is Rs 3,61,02,597/- as on 31st March, 2023 which is within the limit as prescribed in the Regulation 15(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
