This is to inform that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held today i.e. October 31, 2023 inter-alia has considered and approved Unaudited Financial Results of the Company, both on Standalone and Consolidated basis for the period ended September 30, 3023, along with Limited Review Report(s) thereon. Further, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Shemaroo Entertainment Limited at its meeting held on October 31, 2023, has granted 78,000 Employee Stock Options convertible into equal number of Equity Shares of the Company of face value Rs. 10/- each, to the eligible employees of the Company, under the existing Shemaroo Entertainment Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2021 ("Scheme"). The terms of the grant is provided in Annexure A. The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 03:30 PM and conclude at 06:45 PM.31-10-2023
