 The Board of Directors at its Meeting held today, i.e. May 09, 2023, have considered and approved, Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2023 (Q4/FY23) along with Auditors' Report thereon. Further, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Shemaroo Entertainment Limited at its meeting held on May 09, 2023, has granted 3,62,350 Employee Stock Options convertible into equal number of Equity Shares of the Company of face value of Rs.10/- each, to the eligible employees of the Company, under the existing Shemaroo Entertainment Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2021 ("Scheme"). The terms of the grant is provided in Annexure A. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 3:30 P.M. and concluded at 07:30 P.M.
