AHL/CS/1013/2021 dated 6th September, 2021 wherein the Company had submitted its Annual Report along with Notice of the 40th Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, 29th September, 2021 at 11.00 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). With reference to the captioned subject, this is to inform you that subsequent to the circulation of the 40th Annual Report vide e-mail dated 6th September, 2021, certain inadvertent errors were noticed in point no. 16 (c) of page no. 134 (Notes annexed to and forming part of the Consolidated Financial Statements for the Year ended 31st March, 2021) of the 40th Annual Report FY 2020-21.
