Further, pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we confirm that S R B C & CO LLP, Statutory Auditors have issued the Audit Report with unmodified opinion for the year ended March 31, 2023. A declaration to that effect from the Company is enclosed. The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 11.30 am and concluded at 3.50 pm.
