Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and further to our letter dated December 13, 2018 please be informed that after consultations with our legal advisors, the Company decided to lodge an appeal against the General Court's judgment before the European Court of Justice. The Company has asked the Court of Justice (i) to overturn the General Court judgment; and (ii) to ultimately uphold the Company's appeal against the underlying Commission decision and determine that the Company did not conclude an anticompetitive settlement agreement with Servier. The Company awaits the outcome of this appeal process in due course26-02-2019
