 We refer to the captioned news clarification sought by the Exchanges on the Media Report titled 'Bhutani Infra gives Rs 500 cr contract to BL Kashyap & Sons Ltd to construct commercial project in Noida' appearing in the Economic Times. We wish to inform you that the news reports are not correct in material particulars. The Company is yet to receive formal communication / confirmation from the Bhutani Infra. Subsequent to the appearance of News report the Company has sought Work order from them. We would like to reiterate that our Company is committed to compliances with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable laws and we shall keep the stock exchanges informed about the disclosures required as and when applicable under Regulations 30 of the LODR Regulations.
