 Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that abiding by the directions issued by the Central Government / State Governments / Municipal Corporations, the Company has temporarily closed operations at all its Plants located in the States of Maharashtra, Telangana and uttarkhand and the Regional Offices / Registered Office to prevent and contain the spread of the COVID - 19 outbreak. All the units situated in the above mentioned States have been closed upto March 31, 2020. Safety and well-being of the employees remains our top priority and the operations shall resume based on the Government directives. This is for your information and record.

NRB Bearings Ltd - 530367 - Financial Results For The Quarter And Nine Months Ended December 31, 2019 And Declaration Of Interim Dividend.

 The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e., on Tuesday, February 11, 2020, inter-alia considered and approved the following: 1. Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company, for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2019, along with the Limited Review Report, as submitted by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. 2. Declaration of interim dividend at Re. 0.80 per equity share of Rs. 2/- each, i.e., 40%. The interim dividend shall be paid to all members whose names appear on the Register of Members as on the Record Date, i.e., February 21, 2020, on or before March 10, 2020. 3. Ms. Tanushree Bagrodia, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has resigned from the services of the Company and shall separate from the Company w.e.f February 17, 2020. In the interim, Mr. Satish Rangani, Executive Director shall discharge the finance function of the Company. We request you to kindly take the above on record.
