 We refer to our disclosure dated January 22, 2022, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and we hereby inform you that the Company has entered into Memorandum of Understanding ('MOU') dated May 23, 2023 with Oberoi Realty Limited ('Purchaser') for sale of the land area admeasuring approx. 25,700 square meters (as per the Title Deeds) situated at 2nd Pokharan Road, Majiwade, Thane-400610 along with building and structures standing thereon. The transaction of sale is expected to be completed within 120 days from signing of the MOU subject to fulfilment of covenants, terms and conditions mentioned in the MOU.

 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we hereby inform you of a fire incident at our Waluj Plant situated at Aurangabad in early morning on Monday, May 8, 2023. Fortunately, there has been no loss or injury to human life or other casualty due to the fire incident. An auto-product assembly line has been majorly damaged and the fire spread to the adjacent stores department damaging the ready components and other production related stores and spares. There is no major disruption to manufacturing operations other than the damaged product assembly line. The damage caused to any other plant & machinery and other assets is being assessed and the Company is in the process of ascertaining the actual loss caused due to the fire. The Company has adequate insurance coverage for the assets in the premises of the said Plant.
