 This is to inform you that in terms of Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report of trading by designated persons, read with Regulation 9 (Clause 4 of Schedule B) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading window to deal with securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from 1st January, 2022 and would remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2022 to the public. The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of financial results for the quarter ending on December 31, 2022 will be intimated in due course.
