CENTURY PLYBOARDS (I) LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/11/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at the Registered Office of the Company at P-15/1, Taratala Road, Kolkata- 700 088 on Wednesday, 8th November, 2023 at 12:30 P.M. to inter alia consider the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023.
