Further to our letter of 7th February, 2020, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has, by Circular Resolution, on Thursday, 13th February, 2020, considered and declared an Interim Dividend of Re. 1.00 (exclusive of dividend tax) per equity share of Re. 1/- each fully paid up of the Company for the financial year ending 31st March, 2020. The record date for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive Interim Dividend is Friday, 21st February, 2020. Payment/ Dispatch of interim dividend through RTGS/ NECS/ Direct Credits/Dividend Warrants/ Demand Drafts as the case may be, is expected to be completed by 5th March, 2020. The record date for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive Interim Dividend, if declared, by the Board of Directors of the Company, has been fixed as Friday, 21st February, 2020. Further, in accordance with the Company''s code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from the date & time of intimation hereof to the Stock Exchanges till Sunday, 16th February, 2020 i.e. completion of 48 Hours after the approval of the proposal by the Board of Directors.
