In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Company has introduced a pioneering solution for its customers by launching the use of Firewall Technology in manufacturing its Products. It shall involve use of nano-engineering particles, which are embedded in the polymer matrix of a plywood, giving its best-in-class firefighting properties. The addition of technology adds another feather to the already existing expertise of the Company as a provider of innovative solutions in home decorative space.
