CENTURY PLYBOARDS (I) LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021; 2. To consider recommendation of dividend, if any, on equity shares for the year ended 31st March, 2021; 3. To consider issue of Equity Shares of the Company through Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP). Further, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company has already been closed with effect from 1st July, 2021 and will be reopened on 12th August, 2021, i.e., after expiry of 48 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges on 10th August, 2021.27-07-2021
