Further, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company has already been closed with effect from 1st October, 2021 and will be reopened on 4th November, 2021, i.e., after expiry of 48 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges on 2nd November, 2021.22-10-2021
