Pursuant to Reg 30 of SEBI LODR we wish to inform you that based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company through a resolution passed by circulation, has appointed Ms. Ratnabali Kakkar (DIN: 09167547) as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of five years w.e.f. 1st April, 2022 in place of Smt. Mamta Binani (DIN: 00462925), whose present (second) term expires on 31st March, 2022. Smt. Mamta Binani shall serve as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company till 31st March, 2022. Further, in compliance with circular no. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 issued by BSE Limited, we wish to confirm that Ms. Ratnabali Kakkar has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other authority.
