 We refer to our disclosure dated 10th November, 2022, wherein it was informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 10th November, 2022 had approved disposal of its investments in its non-material subsidiary, Centuryply Myanmar Private Limited (CPML). In furtherance thereof, this is to inform you that the Company has completed disposal and transfer of its entire stake in CPML today, i.e., 1st March, 2023. Consequently, CPML remains a subsidiary of the Company till 28th February, 2023. Other details required to be disclosed in terms of Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015, have already been submitted with our intimation dated 10th November, 2022.
