CENTURY PLYBOARDS (I) LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/08/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at the Registered Office of the Company at P-15/1, Taratala Road, Kolkata- 700 088 on Friday, 4th August, 2023 at 12:30 P.M. to inter alia consider the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023.
