 This is with reference to the captioned subject, we are pleased to inform you that CEREBRA, endeavours to start its chain of about 100 plus stores across India, for display and sale of Refurbished products. The stores shall be opened and operated by the Company and their Franchisee Partners. The First two showrooms are scheduled to be opened in Bangalore on 12th April, 2019. CEREBRA's Refurbished products is dedicated to supplying reliable, durable and low cost refurbished products to the Indian market. The remanufactured products on display and sale passes through stringent refurbishment specifications, processes and procedures including extensive functional test ensuring factory specifications are met. Any minor imperfections that may be there will not affect the performance of the systems. Each product shall be covered with a product wise limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship in the hardware products sold by CEREBRA on a part-by-part basis.
