Hardy Exploration and Production (India) Inc. filed a petition under section 9 of the Arbitration Act, 1996 before the Hon'ble Gujarat High Court and an ad-interim (ex-parte) order was passed by the Gujarat High Court on August 07, 2020, which was modified on August 14, 2020 and served to the Company by e-mail on August 24 2020, restraining the Company and its men from selling / transferring / encumbering its assets. The said ad-interim order stands vacated by the Hon'ble Gujarat High Court vide its order dated September 09, 2020 consequent to the withdrawal of the petition filed by Hardy Exploration & Production (India) Inc. before the Hon'ble Gujarat High Court at Ahmedabad.
