Ambassador Intra Holdings Ltd - 542524 - Compliances-Reg.24(A)-Annual Secretarial Compliance

 This is to inform you that Annual Secretarial Compliance Report under Regulations 24A of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 read with BSE Circular dated 09th May, 2019 is not applicable to our company. Further, we would like to clarify that Ambassador Intra Holdings Limited ('Company') is claiming exemption under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 as Corporate Governance provisions shall not apply to listed entities having Paid up Equity share capital not exceeding Rs.10 Crores and Net worth not exceeding Rs. 25 Crores, as on last day of previous financial year. Since, our Company is exempted under Regulation 15(2) or SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 and consequently the Company is also exempted from submitting the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the year ended on 31st March, 2021 to the Stock Exchange.
