Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI(LODR)Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company has disposed off their entire shareholding (100%) held in its wholly owned subsidiary i.e. Elfin Heights Private Limited, comprising of 38,10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/-each.
