 In continuation to our letter dated 30.03.2023, this is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 and other relevant clauses of the said Regulation, a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023. The Board of Directors in the aforesaid meeting will also consider the recommendation of dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2022-23.
