We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of RCCPL Private Limited at their Board Meeting held today i.e. 3rd August, 2021 has approved the following: 1. Revision in the capital expenditure from Rs. 2450 crores to Rs. 2744 crores for setting up of a 3.90 million tons Greenfield Integrated Cement Plant at Mukutban (Maharashtra) with 40 MW Captive Power Plant and 10.60 MW Waste Heat Recovery System, on account of the revision in project commencement schedule and other factors including increase in commodity prices. 2. Restructuring of the scope of second phase expansion of existing capacity of grinding cement plant at Kundanganj (Uttar Pradesh). Expansion in capacity as per the revised scope stands at 0.7 million tons. The project cost stands reduced to Rs. 154 crores. This is for your information and record please.03-08-2021

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we wish to inform you that the Company has permanently closed the manufacturing establishment at its unit namely, Auto Trim Division situated at Birlapur -743 318, 24 Parganas (S), West Bengal w.e.f. 30th July, 2021. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that "RCCPL Private Limited" (''RCCPL''), wholly owned material subsidiary of the Company, has completed the acquisition of 100% equity shares of AAA Resources Private Limited (CIN: U13209MH2006PTC160774). Accordingly, AAA Resources Private Limited has become a wholly owned subsidiary of RCCPL and a step down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from 30th July, 2021. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 are enclosed as "Annexure - A".
