Outcome of Board Meeting - Withdrawal of Rights Issue

 Polson Ltd has informed BSE that the Company's issue is not fully subscribed by public shareholders and the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on June 01, 2016 has decided to withdraw Letter of Offer dated March 25, 2016 filed on March 31, 2016 with the Securities and Exchange Board of India for issuance of 14,951 Equity Shares to the eligible existing shareholders.The Company shall refund the entire amount received within 15 days from Issue Closure date.
